To place your order, you can add items to your shopping basket and proceed to our secure online ordering area where you can give us your credit card details safe in the knowledge that no-one else will have access to them. Of course, you can give us a call on 0800 195 9596 if you need to ask anything or would prefer to order by phone.

When your order has been placed you will automatically receive an order confirmation and one of our team will contact you regarding delivery details. Alternatively you can use our ‘Order Tracking’ system by visiting the trade-appliances homepage, this allows you to track the status of your order from the day you purchase your products. All you need to know is your order reference and your own e-mail address.

We also offer a text messaging service to keep you informed of any issues with your order. Just fill in the details of your mobile phone when ordering.

We've marked an end to those dreaded delivery problems, you know the one where you are told that delivery will be between 9am and 1pm and you receive your goods at 1.30 only to have your precious new appliance dumped literally on your doorstep. Then, before you have chance to even check they've delivered the right item the delivery van is gone!

We know just how important delivery is, so we use dedicated two-man teams to ensure that your appliance arrives safely in one piece. As part of the high quality service our drivers will deliver your new appliance to the room of your choice, unpack it, allow you time to check for any damage before asking you to sign for the goods and then take all the packaging away with them. Could you ask for more?
